As a mobile massage therapist, physical distancing is not possible for 100% of the time. As such the room where the massage is to take place will be limited to a maximum of 2 people at all times (usually the client and therapist only.)

Before and after massage treatment, while consultation is taking place, 1.5 metres distance is to be maintained whenever possible (or the maximum distance the room allows if less than 1.25 metres)

A cotton mask will be worn by the massage therapist at all times. After each client location, the mask will be changed.

Clients will be required to wear a mask during their consultation, unless they are face-down on the massage table.

Qualified massage therapists including Mathew are well trained in good hygiene practices. Clean hands, clean linen and a clean massage table is always maintained. All linen used inside a clients home will be washed immediately after and never flipped for re-use.

Mathews temperature will be taken each day to check for fever. Mathew will not provide massage therapy if he is feeling unwell or if he has a temperature.

All clients names, address and contact details are collected when scheduling appointments.

Should any client or therapist test positive for Covid-19, all upcoming appointments will be cancelled and Mathew (therapist) will self-isolate for a minimum of 14 days.

All contacts will receive an email and SMS that they may have been a contact, to a positive case. DHHS will be contacted immediately in the event of any client reporting a positive case.
